On February 24th, Cardiff University will host a special cultural event – “Welsh-Ukrainian Poetry Dialogue” (Deialog Farddoniaeth Cymru-Wcrain). This evening will bring together modern poetic traditions of Wales and Ukraine, featuring works by renowned poets from both countries.

The program includes poetry readings in Welsh and Ukrainian, an exhibition of Ukrainian art, and an opportunity to taste traditional Welsh and Ukrainian pastries. This is a unique chance to immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of both nations and experience how poetry transcends language barriers.

The event will take place in the Main Building (Park Place) in Room 1.77 on the first floor. Doors open at 17:30, with the main program starting at 18:30.
