The Ukrainian community’s “Golden Time” club will hold its seventh meeting on Tuesday, 1 July from 11:00 to 17:00 at the Ukrainian Hub in Cardiff. This all-day event features two special guests: Jane will lead a visit to Cardiff Museum with insights into English language and psychology starting at 11:00, followed by Jo from Cardiff Council who will conduct gentle flexibility training and games including boccia and curling from 14:00 to 17:00.

The programme also includes the club’s regular activities: conversations over tea and coffee, musical meditation, practical life advice, and community support. “Golden Time” welcomes all community members. Attendees are encouraged to bring friends, family, and neighbours to this space for connection and new friendships.
